What are your office opening hours

The office is open from 08.00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, apart from Bank Holidays when we are closed.

Do you ship Hazardous Goods?

Yes, we can ship many kinds of hazardous freight but there are some restrictions so please contact us for more details.

Can I open a credit account?
Any business can open a credit account with us subject to a credit check. This check will determine whether we can offer you an account and the credit limit we can give you.
How do I pay you?

In most cases we offer our regular customers a 30 day credit account on freight and ancillary charges. Payment of import VAT and Duty and other charges are on immediate payment basis.

Where does Puma Cargo arrange shipping to?

Puma Cargo operates Import and Export services on a worldwide basis.

Does Puma Cargo ship all types of goods?

Yes, we have a varied customer base involved in all types of industries.

Does Puma Cargo work with customers outside Europe?

Yes, we already represent customers located in different parts of the world that need us to act on their behalf in the UK.

What is an Airwaybill?

Transport document for airfreight. The Airwaybill (AWB) number and flight information enables tracking of your consignment.

What is a Bill of Lading?

A Bill of Lading is a transport document issued in seafreight. It is a document normally required to be presented at destination to obtain the release of cargo.

My company is UK based and our export shipments are executed under Letters of Credit. Can Puma Cargo handle the shipping and help us to comply with the terms of the Letter of Credit?

Yes, our export department work with customers to ensure that the shipping requirements of the Letters of Credit are met.

We are a small UK importer with a need to ship from different locations in Asia, can Puma Cargo offer this service?

Yes, Puma Cargo offer seafreight and airfreight services from collection points across Asia to the UK, along with a wide range other destinations.
